Student life is not just about studying and books. The university offers students a wide range of opportunities to actively spend their free time, relax, engage in culture, sports, and hobbies. Experience traditional and unconventional events, and get involved in clubs and student organizations!

Our university has a long tradition of spring and autumn student days, the matriculation ball for students, a carnival parade through the city, the SPUKFest music festival, the sausage festival, and a hockey match between the teams of both universities in Nitra.

The university is home to the folk ensemble Zobor, the hunting club Buteo, the St. Svorad falconers, the canine club, the Vitruvian student association, the Pasteur student association, the Local Branch of the Slovak Red Cross, and other groups.

The newly established SPU SuPerUni CoWORK coworking center offers students a modern space equipped with technology where they can work on their projects, participate in interesting workshops and meetings. 

Various activities in the area of international relations are organized by local branches of AIESEC and volunteers from ESN – Erasmus Student Network. 

If you're interested in hunting, you'll be pleased to know that you can take hunting exams. 

At the university's driving school, Akadémia, you can obtain a driving license for all types of motor vehicles.
